How does it work?

We utilize special insulated packaging along with dry ice for shipping ice cream. Dry ice, a solid form of carbon dioxide (CO2) with a temperature of -79ºC, offers several practical advantages. Its cooling capacity exceeds that of water ice by at least threefold. Unlike water ice, dry ice sublimates directly into a gaseous form, leaving no moisture behind, thereby ensuring your products remain dry throughout transit. While most dry ice will dissipate during shipment, if any residue remains in your package, please refer to the following warning and instructions.

Warning!

  • Keep away from children.
  • Avoid direct contact with dry ice as it can cause frostbite.
  • In case of any residue, allow to melt in the delivery packaging.
  • Never place dry ice in the freezer, as it may cause an explosion.
