I want to order medialunas but I have no idea what they are.
Medialuna is a typical Argentinian viennoiserie. It consists of a laminated rich dough, soft inside and crunchy outside, glazed with a delicious slow cooked syrup. You can order them plain or filled with dulce de leche.
Can I freeze medialunas?
Yes, of course. We recommend you to then warm them up in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees and let them rest a few minutes before you eat them. We do not recommend you to freeze medialunas if they are filled with dulce de leche.
I live in Amsterdam and I want to order medialunas. Do you deliver everyday?
We bake and deliver medialunas a few times a month. Our delivery days are specified in the product description.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we request a minimum order of 20 euro.
How does the delivery work?
Because medialunas are a product that is best eaten freshly baked, we bake and deliver between 10 am and 3 pm, so you will receive your product within that time slot.
What does the delivery cost?
The delivery on medialunas days has a flat rate of 4 euro within Amsterdam. You can also order and pick up your purchase at our pick up points in Amsterdam. Our current pick up points are Mercado Uno and Fjaka Bar.
Do you send via post?
In order to keep the quality of our products, we prefer not to send them via post.

How far in advance should I order?
The earlier the better! Orders always depend on our availability. For special orders we kindly ask you to contact us one week in advance.
Do you deliver? If so, how far?
Yes, we do deliver. We are based in Amsterdam and therefore we deliver whitin this area.
I have an event and I would like to order your products. Is that possible?
Of course! If you want to include our products in your event, contact us at email@example.com and we will make it possible.
MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
I want to modify my purchase. Can I do it?
Of course! Send us a message with the order number and we will process the change.
I made an order and I want to cancel it. How does it work?
We do our best to process the cancellation, but we kindly ask you to cancel your purchase at least 48 hours in advance.
I have a bar/restaurant/cafe and I want to commercialize your products.
