Amsterdam Baking company started in 2020 with a clear goal: provide you with artisanal, buttery and delicious viennoiserie and handmade pastries (haven’t you tried our cinnamon rolls yet? They smell and taste like heaven). Yes, those pastries that we would like to find every time we sit down at a café. And you too, right?
But let me introduce myself first. I am Nina, I come from Argentina and have been sitting in front of a computer for more than twelve years before I switched to pastry. A few years ago, I decided to leave my comfort zone and move to Paris to join Le Cordon Bleu Paris, the place where I have studied for almost one year to become a professional pastry chef. I love making laminated dough and my favorite one is the Argentinean classic, the medialuna.
Hey, there! I am Marisol and I am also Argentinian. I’ve been a cook for almost 15 years now. I have worked in many well known restaurants in Argentina, Europe and Australia, including ‘the legend’ El Bulli.
